Frequently asked questions
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Nothing breaks. Your existing products keep working; you just can't add new ones until you upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Before switching from Team to Solo, the workspace must have only one member.
What if my platform isn't in the Integrations list?
You can always use the direct link or API — it works everywhere, on every plan. Or get in touch and we'll talk through adding proper support for it.
Will my price increase later?
Your introductory price remains while the subscription stays active and unchanged. A plan change or a new subscription may use the price available at that time.
