Frequently asked questions
What happens when I hit the free limit?
Nothing breaks. Existing products stay on record, but anything over the limit can't be edited or shown publicly until you upgrade to a higher plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Before switching from Team to Solo, the workspace must have only one member.
What if my platform isn't in the integrations list?
You can always use the aboutthe.app/your-alias link or the API — it works everywhere, on every plan. Or get in touch and we'll talk through integration options.
Will the introductory price increase?
Your introductory price remains while the subscription stays active and unchanged. A plan change or a new subscription may use the price available at that time.
