Paid subscriptions to aboutthe.app are sold and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. We use the standard Paddle Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law or approved by Paddle under that policy, transactions are non-refundable. Nothing on this page limits your mandatory consumer rights.

To request a refund, use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support. For a persistent technical problem with aboutthe.app, contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it.

Cancelling a subscription prevents its next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation by itself does not refund the current period. If Paddle approves a refund, access to the corresponding paid plan may end in accordance with its policy.
